Proctor and Gamble in the UK tried to argue that Pringles should be considered snacks and not potato crisps (fox tax reasons) due to the fact they are only 42% potato.  They also "insisted that their best-selling product was not similar to potato crisps, because of their "mouth melt" taste, "uniform colour" and "regular shape" which "is not found in nature"."  Not found in nature? That is not something to be proud of and go about repeating.  Ugh.
