I am SO SORE this morning. I really pushed myself the last two days and I am now in a lot of pain. I just took some Tylenol to help and hopefully I can take a few walks around the office building today to get the lactic acid out. I do not want to skip my dance class tonight but at the same time I don't want to injure myself. I can't tell right now if it is just soreness or something else.

The old teacher came to the Zumba class last night and I can see why people were really upset that she left. She was so much better than the new teacher. She is obviously a dancer and she moves really well. The new teacher just doesn’t have it. She is nice though and I will keep going, but it almost makes me wish that the old one didn’t come back so then I wouldn’t know what I was missing.

On a completely different subject I recently finished The Ladies of Grace Adieu by Susanna Clarke and THEN got Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell. I know I should have done this the other way round, but even so I really enjoyed the first and so far the second as well. I really wish I had more drive to read non-fiction, but there is just something about getting lost in a story that so appeals to me.
